The manufacturer of H2Orange provided the district with three providers, but were refused to allow them an out of state bidder. So it only make sense... to charge the district to the max for your product and get approval on a huge order before the new board and new administration is aware of what has been going on and just to make yourself look real good... put in another order before this news went public. It makes me ask... whose kids are they looking out for? Any of you who aren’t in d46… beware! These no bid contracts maybe happening in your little town too!
