Ethics Violations Ruling

I was fianlly able to get the written Ethics Violations ruling today. It was delayed because of lack of a signature. I’ll go through this more later and scan in parts of it.

The basics of the written ruling was the Shawn’s complaint was not frivilous. There was enough evidence to warrant the complaint. As already stated, there was not enough eveidence to convict Dr. Anderson of the intent. What is said though on several of the items is that there was evidence a violation may have occured. The problem again being did anyone, or who, intentionally had the language placed in the flyers in support of the referendum.

There was an interesting refererence to my website in the ruling as well. I find that strange since I hadn’t even started my website until several weeks after the complaint was filed.
