I have received several complaints about other sites calculations not being accurate or how to calculate the approximate cost yourself easily. I created my own tax calculator for district 46 to help in this effort. This is intended to be an approximate amount and not intended to be 100% accurate. That is the job of the County Clerk. Mine is just to get you within a few dollars.

If any other webmaster would like to use this or link to it, feel free to do so. The only thing I would ask is that you reference where you obtained it. To change this for other districts, copy it or send me your rates, homestead exemption and your county assessment webpage address. I will add a new calculator for your district on this site.
